Practice eating slowly

We usually eat food in a hurry during Iftar, which creates stress on the body, which increases fatigue in the body. The digestive system works well and helps in digestion, so we eat slowly at Iftar. Must practice.

Eliminate dehydration 

Abstaining from drinking all day and drinking naturally causes dehydration in our body, then fried in oil and various spicy foods are eaten at Iftar, so the water deficiency is not met. After Iftar, the body needs a lot of water. So eat various fruits, fruit juice, syrup, canned water etc. This will eliminate the lack of water in the body. 

Don't eat too many foods at once

After the Iftar, you can eat a little bit of food from the food in a small way, but it is a quick one to eat a lot of food at a time, and this is a big reason for you to feel tired after fasting all day. You are hungry, but you have to give time to digest it, so eat little by little without eating all the food at once.

tea or coffee

Many people avoid the habit of drinking tea or coffee during fasting, but after Iftar, you can drink a cup of tea or coffee to relieve the fatigue, because the caffeine in such drinks works to keep you fresh from the inside, but be careful not to make this tea or coffee too harsh. 

Take a walk for a while

Don't lie down after iftar. But try to stay normal. We have to listen to our mind, so don't feel tired. Instead, take a walk for a while after iftar. This will make you feel tired easily and your digestion will be better.
