On Tuesday (February 25) Justice M Inatur Rahim and Justice Md. rejected the writ petition filed by parent member Nurul Haque challenging the validity of the managing committee of Phulgacha High School in Sundarganj Upazila of Gaibandha. The bench formed in combination with Mostafizur Rahman expressed this opinion.
