Bhola Collectorate Assistants resume strike

Staff Reporter, Bhola: The district administration employees have resumed their work break under the banner of Bhola Collectorate Assistant Association demanding the implementation of the Prime Minister's promises and instructions. They are on a 4-hour strike from 9 am to 1 pm on Tuesday. They are stationed at the District Commissioner's office premises.
President of Bhola Collectorate Assistant Association Abdul Mannan, chairperson, said that in 2014, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina directed the Public Administration Secretary to change the title and salary of 13 to 16 employees. It has not been implemented. Their movement has started to demand the implementation of the order. They said that the movement will continue until the demands are not met.
Among others, Gautam Kumar Singh, Mahamudol Haque, Md. Ruhul Amin, Tariqul Islam, Naimul Hasan, Sudham Chandram Goldar, Md. Shajahan etc. were present.
