In Charpata Unit of Rakhtapur Upazila of Laxmipur, local BNP leader and general secretary of the UNION branch Haji Billal Munshi are working against drugs in a strict stand against drugs. He has recently expressed his strong protest against him by complaining that various kinds of propaganda are being carried out around him recently.
Billal Munshi said in a written speech on April 16 today, "I have been running anti-drug activities in the area for a long time and because of this, a miscreant is spreading false information against him. He also claimed that there is a false propaganda through social media. He said, I am working against drugs and as long as I am alive, I will not move from this position to those who are not working in the same position, I am not going to the same person and so on. And I protested, according to local sources, Billal Munshi has been the poor and poor in the area for a long time He has been supporting people in various ways, with his simple lifestyle and social activities, and has a positive image among the common people of the area.
A section of the local residents are also known to see him as the chairman of Charpata Uninet Parishad in the coming days. However, due to political revenge, it has been alleged that a party is involved in various kinds of propaganda to keep him under pressure. Billal Munshi said that he was on the side of all Charpata Unitanavasi and will also be on the side of the drug-free society.
