A young man named Md. Shipon Ahmed (27) was killed by the forced work on the roof of the owner.
The incident took place on Saturday night in Laxmipur's Ramganj upazila's Baluutha Choumuhani Bazar near Balu Chaumuhani Bazar. The deceased was the son of Ahmed Ali Bepari of Jagatpur village of Jagatpur village near Baluchuhni Bazar in Ramganj upazila of Laxmipur. Ramganj police station visited the spot.
According to the local sources, Shipan used to work in the building of the building near the Baluchuhni Chowmuhani Bazar. When he was done, he died on Saturday night and his body was brought to Ramganj on Sunday. When local residents took the body of Shipan, they staged a protest at Choumuhani Bazar demanding justice for the owner of the Baba.
