In Lakshmipur, sewing machines have been distributed among 10 needy women. In the initiative of Sadar Upazila and Upazila Women's Development Forum, this sewing machine was distributed among the needy women of the village.
Sadar Upazila Vice-Chairman Fahita Sultana Farul, Zilla Parishad member Mahbubul Alam Mahbubub, UP Chairman Mir Shah Alam and others were present in this meeting.
The poor women who got the sewing machine are Hasina Akhtar, Nazma Begum, Sumi Majumdar, Irene Sultana, Shiuli Akhtar, Nusrat Jahan, Khaleda Itasmin, Aleta Begum and Nilufa Akhtar.
