Bakshiganj (Jamalpur) representative
A bride named Aishta Akhter (18) has died mysteriously in Bakshiganj of Jamalpur.
On Thursday (January 16) around 12 noon, her mother-in-law Jahanara Begum came to the Upazila Health Complex after seeing Asha Akhter wearing her husband's house.
It is known that 18 days ago, Zahinur Islam, son of Farid Mita of Namapaja village in Bakshiganj upazila, was in the name of Chamed Ali of Bagharchar village of Deoanganj upazila.
The doctor on duty declared him dead, but Aisht Begum had injuries in her ears and throat.
Bakshiganj Police Station OC Khandkar Shaker Ahmed said, ‘How the bride's death will be investigated will be investigated. At the same time, the body of the bride will be sent to the morgue for maternity.’
