Not showing proper price list, lack of trade license and business of selling products, businessman Mizanur Rahman (38) will be fined 5,000 rupees as per Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 by Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Shamsuddin Md. Reza.
Essays should be warned about various consumer rights issues including displaying the price list properly, not selling products at additional prices.
