Laxmipur Folk Art-Pita-Health and Science Fair

Folk art-pitha-swasthya and science fair have been organized to develop the latent talent of the students and to introduce them to the traditions of rural Bengal.

Laxmipur Collectorate School and College held such an event throughout the day on Tuesday (November 7th), which students arranged in separate stalls.

Visiting the fair, the students have displayed Nakshikantha, Jamdani Shaji in the folk art stall at the folk art stall, and various clay toys, utjaspatra place, etc., various pithas have been arranged in the gramin pitha mela.

Deputy Commissioner Suraita Jahan came to visit the fair.

He said, the organization of the Collectorate School is our education It is part of the activities that will increase the mental and physical development of the students, their mentality, not only reading the book, but their thoughts. We should express our thoughts and confidence in students, we think every institution should start such a discussion.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Meher Nigar, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Md. Akhtar Hossain Shahin, Additional District Magistrate Pritangka Dutta, Collectorate School and College Vice Principal Reena Sultana were present.

The students say that through such incentives we are getting to know our lost heritage, and our creativity, innovative energy is being revealed, thanks to the collectorate schools and college authorities for such an incentive.
