Officials of Islamic University (EB) held a 16-point demand including increasing the retirement age from service, relaxing the conditions for admission to pet quota and maintaining the session benefits of officials and employees.
On Monday (September 18) from 9 am to 2 pm, they held the meeting in front of the university administration building. They held a meeting with the university teachers. Meanwhile, the Vice-Chancellor Professor Sheikh Abdus Salam held a meeting with the university teachers.
Earlier, from July 26 to August 2, the officials went on strike for 2 hours in the demand. Later, they continued to strike for five hours from 9 am to 2 pm from 9 am to 2 pm. If the demand is not met, they will be given a strict movement warning at the end of August.
In order to implement the program, the officials did not allow the officials to participate in the administrative work in the administrative work. As part of this, the agitators did not allow the registrar to participate in the 261st syndicate of the university on September 3. On that day in the afternoon, the officials surrounded the registrar's office from 3 pm to 6 pm.
In the general meeting, officials said, if any appointment is to be given in the university, then the workers will be given benefits first and then they will be employed. The limit should be 62. We did not see patriotism in the vice chancellor. He is treating us inhumanely.
They also said that if an official opposes our demands, they will not change their results. If we do not accept our demands, we will run together against those who have met with the administration. If our demands are not accepted, the Vice-Chancellor will be beating the bell. If we accept our demands, we will go back to work now, otherwise there will be no offices and galas on Saturday and the lock will be locked.
Meanwhile, some of the officials expressed distrust of the movement and the demand for the release of the job bore and the demand for the relaxation of the pet quota conditions is said to be the main demand of the officials of the movement.
