On the occasion of the National Local Government Day-2023, the three-day Unana Mela was officially inaugurated in Laxmipur, Laxmipur-2 Constituency Member of Parliament and General Secretary of District Aomi League Advocate Nuruddin Chowdhury inaugurated the Nathon Mela.
Today Sunday (September 17) at 10 am, the Sadar Upazila administration will organize the fair at the upazila parishad premises and after the inauguration, the guests visited the stalls of the fair.
District Administrator Suraita Jahan was present as the chief guest in the event presided over by Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Arifur Rahman, and District Council Chief Executive Officer Rezai Rafin Sarkar, Additional Superintendent of Police Md Hasan Mostafa Swapan, and Upazila Parishad Chairman AKM Salah Uddin Tipu were present as special guests.
Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Arifur Rahman said, the development activities undertaken by the government of the government of the government, involved in the development of the people, the future work plan, the success of the government in achieving the MDGs, encouraging the people in the SDG activities, the purpose of creating the investment and developing the skills in the private sector have been organized by the 26th of this fair.
Various officials of Sadar Upazila were present along with the cheeters of different unions.
