Health is the blessing of Allah, the need for food for health. There is no alternative to being healthy for worship again. So on the day There is no such principle in Islam as to how many times it is Sunnah to eat, rather you should eat the amount of food you will be healthy.
However, Islam has discouraged taking extra food because it has a harmful effect on health. It also has a harmful effect on health. Also, the Holy Qur'an has warned about evil. The Almighty Allah says, ‘Eat and drink, but do not be evil. Surely Allah does not like the evildoers.’ (Surah Araf: 31).
The Holy Prophet (PBUH) used to eat less. Not only that he ate less, many equal stoves did not burn, so he used to fast twice a week (Monday-Thursday) (Fathul Bari: 4/278).
According to experts, 80 percent of people's diseases are caused by food. The Sahabah did not like to take extra food.
In another hadith, it is said, ‘Kafir eats seven ant, i.e. eats more, and the believer eats in one meal, that is, eats less.’ (Bukhari: 5393).
According to hygiene, a lokma food is enough to keep people's waist straight, and if only one If you eat more, then if you eat more, then one-third of the stomach should be filled with food, one-third should be filled with water and the remaining one part should be kept empty for breathing.
The Prophet (PBUH) had the same food. He advised the Ummah that he said, ‘For one-third of the stomach for the food, one-third for the breath and one-third for the breath.’
