A housewife has been accused of raping a housewife in Narsingdi's Manohardi, the incident of rape took place last night in Mantala village of the upazila.
According to the sources of the victim and villager, a housewife (26) of Narendrapur village of Manohardi upazila went to Chalakchar market on Monday evening to buy mobile SIM. On the way back from there, Nazmul (28), CNG driver of Montala village, got into his house and got into his house and took him to his own private residence and raped him there.
Later, along with his other two drug addicts, he raped the girl in the village on the deserted river bed and raped her and the victim was injured and unconscious. In this situation, the rapist left her there and ran away. After regaining consciousness, the housewife came to Mantala market and said the incident in front of the locals and the rapist CNG auto driver said that the village resident said.
Manohardi police station officer-in-charge (OC) Farid Uddin said the rape victim was being treated in the hospital while the chief rapist Najmule was arrested by the police from absconding situation and the police are trying to arrest the rest.
