The three-day C Programming Training workshop was held at the Islamic University (EB) and the IT Society was held in collaboration with the Department of Statistics, the workshop was held by the atomic scientist Dr. It was held in room 203 of the statistics department of the Ozed Mita Bhavan.
It is known that 130 students participated in the programming workshop in five sessions in three days from last Tuesday (May 23) to Thursday (May 25). The training workshop was conducted by the members of the IT poisoning organization of the university ‘Islami University IT Society’.
The last day is Thursday (May 25) at the end of the day-long workshop, the students will be given certificates. It lasted till 30. After lunch, the second phase was held from 2 pm to 4 pm.
At the end of the workshop, the founder of the statistics department and the former vice-chancellor of the university, Professor Dr. Kamal Uddin, president of the department Professor Dr. Mahbubur Rahman, Associate Professor Dr. Sajjad Hossain and members of IT Society were present.
IT Society President Sirajul Islam said, ‘Our organization aims to help the students of the university improve their skills in IT poisoning. We have tried with the statistics department. Our efforts will continue in the days to come. If any department does such an in future, we will cooperate with them.’
The president of the department, Professor Dr. Mahbubur Rahman said, ‘I think it has been successful in the future we organized the programming workshop. In the future, we will organize more training workshops for our students. It is our goal that the students of the statistics department will be proficient in programming and in the future the students can participate in the programming competition in the national level.’
