2 doves were rescued in a raid at Fajumi's Hat Bazar in Laxmipur Kamalnagar.
Kamalnagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Suchitra Ranjan Das released on March 7 (Tuesday) in the Upazila Parishad premises.
Kamalnagar Upazila Parishad Chairman Mejbah Uddin Ahmed Bappi, Assistant (Land) Commissioner Ferdous Ara, Nursery Officer Md. Kamrul Hasan, Kamalnagar Press Club Secretary AI Tarek were also present.
On the night of March 6, Kamalnagar Upazila Nursery Officer Md. Kamrul Hasan Fajumir rescued two dove birds from the market and seized the birds according to the Wildlife Conservation and Safety Act-2012. He campaigned to stop the wildlife crunching along with the campaign.
