Industrial entrepreneurs can get this award after verification by applying according to the sub-scrutiny. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Industry has issued a notification in the application.

According to the notification signed by Moniruzzaman, according to the National Industrial Policy 2022, this award will be given to the industrial entrepreneurs/industrial organizations involved in large, medium, small, micro, cottage and high-tech industries for the year 2023. That is why the application is being invited from the appointed director/management partner/manager of the concerned industrial institutions/managing director/managing board of the concerned industries.
The application form collection is mentioned in the poison,
2019 National Industrial Development Policy 2020 and Application Form (including Enquiry Form-1 and Enquiry Form-2) from the President of the Industries of Industry 2020 and the application form (including the Enquiry Form-1 and Enquiry Form-2 of Bangladesh Bank) will be collected from the Ministry of Industry and every working day during the office.
