The status and oath taking ceremony of the newly formed committee of Ramganj Press Club was held on February 12 (Sunday) evening at the office of the government building of the press club.
Newly elected committee president Rahmat Ulya Pattori, general secretary Kabir Hossain, vice president MA Halim Khan, joint general secretary GS Nazrul Islam, finance and office secretary Md. Raju Hossain, publicity and publication secretary Abdur Rahman, Krita and culture secretary Emran Hossain, executive member Md. Chated Hossain, Kazi Moiuddin, Omar Farooq Pattori, pervez Hossain 11 member working committee were elected.
Essmat, Honorable Member of Press Club Daily Manavkanth Correspondent Sakhawtat Hossain Jahangir, Bhorer Paper Correspondent Md. Kaushar Hossain, Daily Manabzamin Representative Abu Taher, Daily Bidati President Sakhaot Hossain Jahangir read the oath of office by Bellat Hossain Bachchu, Daily Samakal representative Zakir Hossain Sumon, Daily Ganamukti representative Autal Hossain etc.
It is noted that Ramganj Press Club election schedule was announced on January 16 at 6 pm on 6th January 2018. The election returning officer and upazila executive officer Umme Habiba Meera and prezading officer Annoor Hossain announced that according to the schedule, the schedule was announced by the end of the polling environment from 2 pm to 4 pm.
