The nationwide tree planting campaign was going on. As part of that, the tree planting campaign was completed in the field outside the residential hall of Dhaka University, Sir AF Rahman, under the initiative of the Dhaka University, the former Rover Scout Forum, and the president of the organization, the former senior rover of the Dhaka University Rover Scout Group, was inaugurated by the former senior rover of the Dhaka University Rover Scout Group.
The general secretary of the organization Zahir Ahmed Sarkar, teacher of Dhaka University and treasurer of Dhaka University Rover Scout Group, Rover Scout Leader Dr. Mumit Al Rashid, former Sinner Rovermate. Shahjahan, Mr. Md. Hemat, Dada Akbar Ali, Md. Jahanur Islam, Md Zahirul Islam, and the current rover.
Zahir Ahmed Sarkar, general secretary of Dhaka University's former Rover Scout Forum, said, “There is no alternative to planting trees to maintain the vitality of nature. Planting trees is our native plant. The president of the organization, Mohammad Mohsin, concluded the tree planting campaign.
It is noted that the Dhaka University Rover Scout Group was established in 1966. The organization has been a multi-century rover since its inception. The former Rover Scout Forum has been formed by the former Rovers and has been conducting various social and cultural activities including tree planting.
