At least 24 people have died in a landslide in Manipur, India, 38 people are missing as of this report, 18 of the victims are Bharti Jawatan.
‘Officials said on Saturday that the landslide was seen at the Noni Galat Territoral Army Camp in Manipur, which resulted in the casualties.
So far, 13 members of the Territorial Army and 5 civilians have been rescued, officials said, adding that the Territorial Army Camp is located near the Tupul Railway construction company.
The landslide occurred there on Wednesday night, after the incident came to light, the Bharti Army, Assam Rifles, Territorial Army, Central and State Duryag Bishtak forces joined the rescue operation.
