A day-long tobacco control law implementation of the Task Force Committee has been held in Banachang.
Upazila Executive Officer Padmasan Singh presided over the meeting held at 10 am on Monday, June 27 at Banitachong Upazila Parishad Milna.
Upazila Parishad Chairman Abul Kasem Chowdhury spoke as the chief guest.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) Iffat Ara Zaman Urmi was present as a special guest.
The training workshop was divided into six groups of participants and presented their poison based recommendations.
It is also informed that the recommendations of the participants in the training of the tobacco control law will be sent to the higher authorities.
