In Ramganj of Laxmipur, a complaint was received for the construction of a building in violation of the court order, which took place on Thursday in Tapadar Bai of Bhadur Unit of No. 3 of the upazila.
ASI Md Azad Hossain (unarmed) of Ramganj Thana Police immediately appeared at the scene and stopped the construction work.
According to local sources, there is a dispute between Tapadar Bajir Jahangir Alam Gong and Ershad Mita Ganga of Sameshpur village of the upazila.
Esmut Jahangir Alam Gong filed a case in Lakshmipur court and ordered Ramganj to maintain the status quo on June 20 in the wake of their application. Later, ASI Azad Hossain of the police station requested the court to implement the instructions of the court, but Ershad Gongra continued to work without any concerns about the court's ban.
In this regard, ASI Azad Hossain of Ramganj police station said that after receiving the order of section 144 in the learned court, both parties have been asked not to do any construction work on the land.
Even after this, if anyone violates the order and works in the construction, then if the plaintiff informs the court again, the court will take action against the violators of the law.
