The mobile court has fined a sand trader a fine of Tk 4 lakh for illegal selling sand from river dredging in Narsingdi.
On Thursday (June 9th) at noon, a sand businessman named Khokon Pathan was fined for the crime of illegally selling sand from the banks of Rampur in Khidirpur Union of Manohardi Upazila of Narsingdi District.
Khokon Pathan Aomi is also known to be the president of the Jubo League Khidirpur Unit branch. Manohardi Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Ishrat Jahan's court has been awarded this sentence by Manohardi Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Ishrat Jahan confirmed the truth of the poison of the fine.
He also said that an illegal sand businessman named Pavel was fined Tk 50,000 in Birgaon of Krishnapur Union of Manohardi Upazila from his mobile court on Wednesday.
