A seven-year-old child died in the trap of the man who had been left in an electric trap in the farm to save the chicken in the tsajganj.
The incident took place in Talam Shivpaja village of the upazila in the early hours of Sunday (May 29).
The deceased was killed by Zillur Rahman of Talam Shibpasa village of Talam Uniton of Tasash Upazila of Jannati District.
According to the local sources, the Talam Union of Talam Union of Talam Upazila of the district, Abu Taleb, a farmer of the village, kept the power supply in the water.
