In Turkey, after 88 years, Tarawi prayers are going to be held in a mosque named As Sofita. People associated with the Sofita Mosque said that there will be various celebrations during the entire month of the holy month of Ramadan.
Earlier, the mosque will be opened for worshipers on July 24, 2020.
It is known that once the world's largest church was converted from a mosque to a museum, later it was converted into a 1500 year old mosque.
A few centuries ago, the Ottoman rulers converted it into a mosque in 1934. In 1934, the Secular Turkish government converted it into a museum in 1934.
