Three people, including the driver, were killed in a head-on collision between a passenger bus and a microbus in Narsingdi.
The accident took place in Dhaka-Sylhet Mahasaj near Morjal bus stand of the upazila at four o'clock on Thursday morning.
Among the dead, two people have been identified as the microbus driver Abul Kalam Azad (32) and Rajbai district resident Md. Yunus (28).
Khaled Mahmud, Sub-Inspector of Bhairab Highote Police Station, said that on Thursday night, a passenger bus of Unique Paribahan was going to Dhaka from Sylhet at four o'clock in the night. When the bus reached near the Morjal bus stand of Morjal bus of Dhaka-Sylhet Mahasam, Raktab, a newspaper carrying the microbus from the opposite direction, and the microbus was hit by two drivers.
Later, after receiving the news, the police recovered the body in the Bhairab Highot and the police station was seized by the police station and the injured and the injured were sent to Bhairab Hospital.
