Own Correspondent: 14 field assistant employees have complained against the Managing Director (Manager) of Palli Sanchash Bank in Kamalnagar, Laxmipur, Muhammad Solaiman, against the embezzlement, pressure, celebrating birthdays, loan disbursements and other institutes against the main work.
In this case, the field assistants and junior officers are said to have made a written complaint to the managing director of Palli Sanchta Bank and the responsible officer of the District Rural Sanchasht Bank.
According to the complaint, Palli Sancht Bank branch manager Muhammad Solaiman joined Kamalnagar branch on August 28. After joining, he has deducted two thousand rupees for transfer of salary allowance and lunch subDC for transfer from one farm project to the bank of new field assistant and junior officers. He said that the salary of the field assistants should be withdrawn under his signature.
He also asked to observe the contribution from the field assistants on his birthday. He later said that he was paying a loan from each borrower to deduct one to one thousand rupees from each borrower. If he did not pay, he made a loan file signature and delayed it in various ways, and delayed it, causing dissatisfaction among customers.
He received a large sum of money from two members for the post of presiding officer in the third phase of UP elections last December.
Under the pressure of his mental and money-loving pressure, three field assistants are given up jobs, claiming to be the central leader of the government party and the nephew of an MP, and is threatening to insult and dismiss office employees.
The other field assistants said that since the branch manager Muhammad Solaiman joined, he has been taking money in various ways by taking all the employees of the office hostage. He does not sign the file if the loan disbursement is not paid.
In this case, when asked about all these complaints from the branch manager of Upazila Palli Sanchta Bank, Muhammad Solaiman, he did not know anything about this.
Palash Chakraborty, the official of Palli Sanchasht Bank District, said that no complaint has been received in this regard. If the complaint is received, legal action will be taken subject to investigation.
