Former Principal Md. Abu Saeed founded the college in 1999. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the academic building of Rajibpur Women's College on 15 October 2015. Academic recognition was given on 1 January 2004.
Rajibpur Women's College Education 2018 198 students in the year, 211 students in the 2019 academic year, 210 students in the 2020 academic year and 206 students in the 2021 academic year have been admitted. 22 people are working including teachers and staff of Rajibpur Women's College.
