Narsingdi district representative
On the occasion of the second death anniversary of writer, organizer and liberation war researcher Mosharraf Hossain Sarkar, a memorial meeting was held in Narsingdi.
On Saturday (March 12th) at 4 pm in Karimpur Public Institute premises of Upazila, Karimpur Student Youth Forum, Go for Future and Karimpur Graduate Club organized this dota and memorial meeting.
Md. Jasim Uddin Sarkar, Headmaster of Swedish Intellectually Handicapped and Autistic School and Vice President of Narsingdi Reporters Club presided over the memorial meeting.
Former Principal of Narsingdi Government College Professor Golam Mostafa Mit was also present, Narsingdi Reporters Club General Secretary Mizanur Rahman Sohag, Editor-in-Chief of Nava Kantha Patrika, Taranya TV Chessdhader Abdur Rahman, Sahitya, Culture and Critics Crimes Editor Md. Family Chairman Motahar Hossain Anik, journalist Asaduzzaman Ripon and other local dignitaries.
The chief guest said in his speech that the late Mosharraf Hossain Sarkar is the author of the book Narsingdi District Freedom Fighters. He is the pride and pride of Karimpur and Narsingdi district. He has made the history of Narsingdi known to the whole world including Bangladesh. He has been named “Meghna” from the 1980s and has done the bloody / 71” and 71” Samkhta Nita. The author's first book is the Shatshahid Muktijoddha of Narsingdi. We have come to know that he has two more books waiting for the publication of Narsingdi's Liberation War and Jatida Padak Narsingdi. If the unpublished books are published, the current generation will know the exact history of the liberation war.
