The court sentenced a person named Saidur Rahman (60) to life imprisonment and a fine of 25,000 taka for another year of rigorous imprisonment for the murder of a young man named Immarul in Kushtia Daulatpur.
On Tuesday, November 30, the Additional District and Department of the Judge of Kushtia, Judge Md. Tajul Islam announced the verdict, but the accused Saidur Rahman is absconding since the murder, but the court ordered the police to arrest the accused quickly and execute the rallies.
The court acquitted Saidur Rahman, son of Maklech of Jamalpur village of Daulatpur upazila and the other accused Omar Ali and Monotara Khatun, the convict.
According to the court, the business of the goods was 30 thousand rupees for the business.
Later, the locals admitted him to Kushtita General Hospital for treatment. On the advice of the doctor, he was referred to Rajshahi Medical Hospital after 9 days.
