The Ijtema ended in Lakshmipur on the day of the last prayer, which 6 lakh Muslims participated in the prayer.
On Sunday (December 25) at 12 noon, the last prayer started at twelve o'clock.
Pilgrims from different places of bus-trucks, pickup vans, CNG-powered autorickshaws, motorcycles and groups walked to the Ijtema and joined the final prayer, which has caused heavy traffic jams in Ramgati-Lakshmipur.
On Sunday (December 25) from 7 am to Torabganch to Bhabaniganj College area, passengers along with vehicles were stuck in a long 4 km long traffic jam.
Ijtema premises and surroundings are in and around the Ijtema premises, keeping the final prayer in front of the The security of the area has been strengthened.
The 3-day Regional World Ijtema has started in Laxmipur on Friday (December 23). Next to Laxmipur-Ramgati, Bhabniganj Suta Gopta Elka is organized on 27 acres of land on a large field.
