Tajumuddin Upazila has been distributed among the registered fishermen with the aim of creating alternative employment.
On Tuesday morning, Bhola-3 Constituency Member of Parliament Alhaj Nurunnabi Chowdhury Shaon distributed 10 cows among 10 beneficiary fishermen registered in the 2021-22 financial year in the upazila parishad premises.
Speaking as the chief guest, MP Shaon said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has arranged alternative employment for marginalized non-bearers with the aim of alternative employment, poverty alleviation and independence.
