Rajshahi Representative: The incident of a student who was killed by a truck in front of Shaheed Habibur Rahman Hall of Rajshahi University (Rabi) was also protesting at 11:00 am, and the students were in a state of heated state. Earlier on Tuesday (February 1) the accident happened around 8 o'clock in the night. The deceased student's name is Mahmud Habib Himel. He is a fourth year student of the Department of Graphic Design, Crafts and Arts History Department (2017-2018) of the University's Faculty of Fine Arts Faculty, he was the resident of the six Himel University Cultural Association of the Shaheed Shamsujjoha Hall.
In this regard, Lithakat Ali, the proctor of the university, said that the building is being constructed inside the university, for this reason, the concerned mamamal is working for the bringing of the concerned, which is why the student was crushed under a truck.
Motihar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Anusar Hossain Tuhin said, ‘I am currently at the scene. Law and order forces are working to bring the calm and situation of the angry students under control.
