5,300 pages of documents reach the High Court

The Gita Orphanage Trust corruption case has been fixed on Monday for orders in the case of whether BNP chairperson Khaleda Gita will be granted bail, which has been set for order on the work list of the concerned bench of the High Court.

Incidentally, on February 8, the Gita Orphanage Trust corruption case, BNP checker person Khaleda Gita was sentenced to five years in prison and five others including her son Tarek Rahman were sentenced to 10 years in prison by the Judge of Dhaka No. 5 Special Judge Court. He is currently staying there.

After receiving the authentic copy of the judicial court, his lawyers appealed for hearing the appeal and the High Court ordered to send the documents of the judicial court within 15 working days of the High Court. After that, on February 25, Khaleda's bail application hearing was also over. However, the bail application was not ordered on that day, but the High Court did not give any order on the issue of the bail.
