On February 22, the High Court accepted Khaleda's lawyers' appeal against the judicial court's verdict and ordered the judicial court to suspend the fine and send the documents to the High Court within 15 days.

After hearing the bail application, on February 25, the High Court had ordered the lower court's documents within 15 days in an order, after the documents came, BNP chairperson Khaleda Gita decided the order on the bail application.
