A limited lockdown is starting from Monday to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The seven-day ‘unsized lockdown’ will begin on Thursday, and all public transport will be closed during this time, but the number of officials will be able to ensure the presence of a large number of officials and employees.

On Sunday (June 27) afternoon, the Cabinet Department issued a notification imposing a 3-day restriction.

The notification said that all public transport except goods vehicles and rickshaws will be closed across the country from 6 am to 6 am on July 1. At the same time, markets, tourist centers, community centers and recreation centers will be closed.

Also, shops, hotels and restaurants can sell food (online take way only) from 8 am to 8 pm; public and private offices and institutions should ensure the presence of the required number of officers and employees and take them to and from their respective offices.

The notification should direct the public, public should conduct more campaigns to wear masks and take legal action in the necessary cases.
