Shahadat Hossain, the candidate for the post of Chairman of Companyganj Upazila Parishad of Notakhali, has been reclaimed by the High Court and is the younger brother of the Minister of Transport and Bridges Obatadul Quader.
He collected the nomination form in the election of Companyganj Upazila Parishad held on May 29 in the third phase of the election of the nomination paper. He appealed to the District Magistrate and No.Kakhali District Commissioner on Thursday, May 9, Deputy Commissioner Deoan Mahbubur Rahman dismissed the appeal. After that, after 3 days of hearing, the High Court returned his candidacy.
