Former Minister of State for Information Mohammad A Arafat was detained on Tuesday (August 27) from an elite area of the capital.
Mohammad Ali Arafat was a Member of Parliament from a constituency in Dhaka. After Sheikh Hasina left the country on August 5, the former state minister was not seen in public.
