A warning signal has been raised in the river ports of the country at a speed of 45 to 60 km on the seven regions of the country.
The weather office has given such a forecast on Thursday (June 6).
Meteorologist Md. Tariful Neoz will know that there may be temporary gust of rain/thunderstorm with gusts/storms with gusts/storms in Rajshahi, Pabna, Bogra, Tangail, Mymensingh, Sylhet and Comilla regions from the west/north-west direction. The river ports of these areas have been asked to show warning signal number 1.
Another forecast says that the low pressure extension extends to the northwest Bay of Bengal, with a fairly active over Bangladesh and moderate elsewhere in the north Bay of Bengal.
As of Friday (June 7) morning, most places in Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, in many places of Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions, some places in Chittagong division and two places in Khulna and Barisal divisions, with light to moderate rain/thunder of lightning may be accompanied by moderate to heavy rains in some parts of the country.
Meanwhile, mild heat waves are flowing over Khulna division including Faridpur, Gopalganj, Pabna, Rajshahi, Sirajganj, Rangamati, Barisal and Patuakhali districts and may continue.
The magnitude of the northern part of the country may be slightly reduced and may remain almost unchanged elsewhere. The night temperature may remain almost unchanged.The discomfort will continue due to excessive moisture.
From Friday morning to Saturday morning (June 8) most places in Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, many places in Dhaka and Chittagong divisions and two places in Rajshahi, Khulna and Barisal divisions may experience light to moderate rain/thunder with light to moderate rain/thunder of lightning. Along with this, there may be moderate to heavy rain in some parts of the country. The current heat wave may continue to drop slightly in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and may remain almost unchanged throughout the country. The night temperature may remain almost unchanged.The discomfort will continue due to excessive moisture.
From Saturday morning to Sunday (June 9) morning, there may be light to moderate rain/thunder with light to moderate rain/thunder of light and thunder in some places of Rajshahi, Dhaka and Chittagong divisions and two places in Rajshahi, Khulna and Barisal divisions, along with moderate heavy to heavy rains in some parts of the country.
Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged throughout the country, and discomfort will continue due to excessive humidity, and the extended five-day weather temperature may be higher.
