Faridpur District Representative
A person has been fined by conducting a mobile court for illegally cutting soil in Khalasi Dangi village of Char Uniton of Akot in Sadarpur Upazila of Faridpur.
It is known that this mobile court was conducted by the upazila administration on the night of 17th May 2026 i.e. 18 May 2026 at 12:30 PM. According to the operation, the accused person was fined 50 thousand taka as per the river bank's illegal cutting of soil from the cropland.
The upazila administration said that such operations will continue to protect cropland and river banks while at the same time, the concerned have been warned to prevent illegal cutting of soil.
