Today (August 5) is the 73rd birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's eldest son Sheikh Kamal.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister and Bangladesh Awtami League paid tribute and wreaths at his tomb at Banani Cemetery in the capital at 8:35 am.
General Secretary of Awami League, Minister of Transport and Bridges Obatadul Quader, Presidium member Begum Motita Chowdhury, Agriculture Minister Dr. Md. Abdur Razzak, Joint General Secretary Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif, agriculturist AFM Bahauddin Nashim and leaders of Awtami League, organs and allied organizations were present.
