District Civil Surgeon Dr. Ahmed Kabir, Deputy Director of District Family Planning Directorate Dr. Ashfakur Rahman Mamun, District Education were the chief guests in the event presided over by Sadar Upazila District Officer Md Imran Hossain. Officer Abdul Matin, Sadar Upazila Chairman AKM Salah Uddin Tipu, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Md. Nizam Uddin, Headmaster of the school Uttam Kumar Pal and others.
