In Laxmipur, RAB-11 anti-narcotics operation arrested 9 drug addicts. (Thursday) they were arrested in the north Temuhani area of the city.
The convicts are Salim, Kaushar, Alam, Manik, Pradeep, Abdur Rahman, Abul Kalam and Chougir Uddin, who have been fined Tk 10,000 by the mobile court.
Laxmipur conducted the operation at RAB-11 from 8 pm to 12 pm on Thursday. Later, the Executive Magistrate of the Mobile Court. Khabirul Ahsan sentenced them to various subjects.
Naresh Chakma, commander of RAB-11 Lakshmipur camp, said that as part of the anti-narcotics operation, the operation was conducted on Thursday night in the north Temuhni area of the city.
