Laxmipur: Founder of Bangladesh Communist Party (ML), Bhasha Sainik Prat Comrade Md. Tohaha's 30th death anniversary, wreath laying, mourning rally and commemoration meeting was held at the grave of Laxmipur at Kamalnagar.
The chief guest was the general secretary of the Communist Party of Bangladesh (ML) and former minister Comrade Dilip Bombay.
Under the chairmanship of Laxmipur District Communist Party General Secretary Nurul Amin, the special guests were Kamalnagar Upazila 14 Dalit Alliance President Advocator Anonorul Haque, Politburo member Comrade Lutfar Rahman, Dhiren Singh, Saiful Islam, Central Committee Member Mahim Uddin Mahim, Advocate Annetaraul Haque, Didarul Alam, Touristeer of Tolaha's Smriti Balika High School.
Local leaders including AKM Zahid Billah, member of the school management committee, Monirul Haque, head teacher of the school spoke.
Before the commemoration meeting, Dilip Bala was offered wreaths at the mourning rally and tomb in memory of the first language soldier Comrade Toha.
