Four people including father and son died in Lakshmipur

Laxmipur: Four people, including a bus chapat father and son, have died in Laxmipur, they are all CNG-powered autorickshaw passengers, two others were seriously injured.
The accident took place at Mandari Bazar area of Sadar Upazila of Dhaka-Raatpur Regional Saint on Saturday (02 September) around 11 am.
Two people died on the spot and four others including two others on the way to the hospital were killed.
The deceased are - Md. of Abirkhil village of Sadar Upazila. Yusuf and his son Iqbal Shakib and Mizanur Rahman of East Jamirtali village and Momin Ulyah, the driver of the autorickshaw, are all passengers of the autorickshaw.
According to the witnesses and police, when a bus of Jonaki Paribahan going to Rachpur from Dhaka reached the spot, they hit the CNG-powered autorickshaw and two more people died on the way to the hospital and two others died on the way to the hospital.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of the police department in Chandraganj Highway of Laxmipur. Abdul Malek confirmed the death of four people.
