Lakshmipur:
A colorful rally, cake cutting and discussion meeting were held in Lakshmipur to mark the 8th anniversary of Bangladesh Pratidin's daily Bangladesh Pratidin.
The rally started from the premises of Lakshmipur Press Club on Wednesday at 11 am and the main sage of the city was circumambulated. After coming to the press club hall, everyone met at the press club hall.
On the occasion of the founding anniversary of the country's most popular and Pathak Prit Daily Bangladesh Pratidin, the chief guest was Laxmipur Government College Principal Main Uddin Pathan, Bangladesh Pratidin and News Toltifour Laxmipur representative Saidul Islam Pabel presided over the meeting as the special guest was the general secretary of the district Awatami League Advocate Nur Uddin Chowdhury Nath, Press Club General Secretary Md. Kamal Hossain.
