Laxmipur Correspondent: The week-long training program has started with the participation of local journalists in Laxmipur to improve the quality of journalism. For this purpose, 3 days of journalism training has started from Thursday (May 12) morning.
Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Anwar Hoshain Akand inaugurated the training in the hall of the club in the joint meeting of Press Institute Bangladesh and Laxmipur Press Club.
President of Press Club Hossain Ahmad Helal presided over by General Secretary Saidul Islam Pabel, PIB workshop was special guest, 35 journalists from the district upazila level participated in the training. Also, from May 15 to May 17, women and children journalism will be trained by 65 local journalists on mobile journalism, said that 65 more local journalists will train in mobile journalism.
In his speech at the opening ceremony, the chief guest said to the journalists that the suppression of evil and nurturing of the righteousness should be played by writing human service.
