One person was killed in a collision between a truck and a passenger bus in Lakshmipur, killing seven others.
The accident took place in the Charchamita area of Laxmipur-Dhaka Mahasakar on Wednesday (July 13) morning.
The injured are Monir Hossain, Saiful Islam, Abul Khater, Ratel, Sumaita Akhtar, two of them are in critical condition and they are all treated at Sadar Hospital.
Eyewitnesses said that when the passenger bus reached Charchamita area from Lakshmipur to Dhaka in the morning, the bus hit a truck in a sleeve. 7 people were injured in the front of the gallant. The truck helper was killed on the spot and his name was not known.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Laxmipur Chandraganj Police Station Mosleh Uddin confirmed the truth of the incident and said that the accident The injured have been rescued and sent to the hospital for treatment, the body is in the morgue, but his name is not yet known.
