The leaders and activists of the party held a protest march demanding the release of 5 leaders including the general secretary of Laxmipur District Chhatra League.
On Wednesday (January 18) around 7 pm, the procession started from North Temuhani in the city under the leadership of District Chhatra League President Chowdhury Mahamudunnabi Sohail and came to the main samong Chattar and gathered again.
The leaders and activists immediately demanded the release of District Chhatra League General Secretary Md Rakib Hossain Lotus, Vice President KM Bappi Kabir (Pulsar Bappi), Miraj Hossain, Shahadat Hossain Jutel and Shahadat Hossain Sajib from the procession.
