After 6 months of abduction from Lakshmipur, a young man named Rakibul Hasan Rocky was left by unknown people.
On Sunday (June 11) in the early hours of the night, he threw him in Bagba area of the city. Later, a local rickshaw driver took him to Baba, Rocky said.
Rakibul Hasan Roni is the son of Tofatael Ahmed, a resident of Sonali Colony in Laxmipur Municipal area, who worked as a marketing manager for a motorcycle showroom.
According to Rocky's family, he took him from the badminton playground on the old Adalat Road in the city on December 6 last year at around 10 pm. The day after the kidnapping, his father Tofatel Ahmed made a GD of Laxmipur Sadar police station on December 7.
He said he did not understand who was left and took him away. He was kept in a room for the past 6 months. Most of his eyes and hands were tied.
In this regard, Laxmipur Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Lokman Hossain said that we have received the news that the police have gone to his side. Where he was, what happened, everything will be known.
