Eid-ul-Azha is being celebrated today in 11 villages in Lakshmipur in harmony with Saudi Arabia.
Eid congregation was held at Madani Kasemita Eidgah at Khankata in Ramganj upazila on Saturday (July 9) at 7 am.
It is reported that Maulana Ruhul Amin was the leader of the district Ramganj upazila, No.Guj, JUtpura, Bigha, Baro Ghari, Hotati, Sharashoi, Kanchanpur and Ratapur upazila Kalakopa and Sadar upazilas Bashikpur and thousands of Muslims are celebrating Eid-ul-Azha today.
Maulana Ishaq (R.A.) As followers, the people of these areas have been celebrating all religious festivals including Eid in accordance with the holy land of Mecca and Medina, and it should be noted that the Muslims of these villages have been celebrating Eid in harmony with Saudi Arabia for the past 43 years.
